The Shoppes at Dawley Farm is a 600,000-square-foot retail center scheduled to open in fall 2009. The project will include opportunities for general merchandise, department stores, a theater, soft goods, electronics, restaurants and small shops.

Excelsior Crossings, a three-phase, three building complex, will encompasses approximately 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, and includes plans for a retail outlot building near the site entrance.
