Opus Northwest, L.L.C., a member of The Opus Group, is a full-service design-build development firm serving the northwestern region of the United States. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the company has additional offices in Denver, Kansas City, Portland, Seattle, and St. Louis. With in-house expertise in office, industrial, retail, multifamily, government, and institutional projects, Opus Northwest has developed more than 84.8 million square feet of space since starting operations in 1953.

Located in the heart of Portland’s Northwest Historic Alphabet District, PARK19 is situated between retail and entertainment hubs, the Pearl District and 23rd, on 19th and Hoyt Street across from Couch Park.
7th and Madison
7TH & Madison provides premium Seattle office space with a marquee identity, immediate freeway access, full amenities and efficiencies all within easy reach of the downtown corridor.
The Shoppes at Dawley Farm
The Shoppes at Dawley Farm is a 600,000-square-foot retail center scheduled to open in fall 2009. The project will include opportunities for general merchandise, department stores, a theater, soft goods, electronics, restaurants and small shops.
Excelsior Crossings
Excelsior Crossings, a three-phase, three building complex, will encompasses approximately 700,000 square feet of Class A office space, and includes plans for a retail outlot building near the site entrance.
